Friendly front staff & hardworking housekeeping! Super accommodating, always answered the phone. Had a late night check in & late check out plus borrowed a cooktop no problem. Clean lobby & pool. Changed the breakfast daily, always had good options. The kitchenette was cool, plenty of space for our snacks, drinks and food, even had the chance to cook a couple of simple meals. Our room did have some pet hair on the floor, there were small stains on the couch & there was a weird smell that lingered but it was not that big a deal for us. The bed was HARD. It's next to the highway, but not noisy, super close to a lot of things by vehicle but not much to do near there without one.

We booked on Booking.com and were charged for the room about a week prior to checking in. When we arrived, the front desk could not find where we had already paid, and charged us again. I left a message for the General Manager to see about a refund, and within 48 hours, I got a call from Scott telling me my refund had been processed. It’s a great property with a great staff. Definitely would stay again.

Makayla and Ms. Sheila were some of the best help I’ve ever had from front desk staff. Super helpful and super charismatic. Kept me laughing the entire check in. Will be definitely coming back to stay here when visiting

Great service, the room was nice and accommodating. The pillows were horrible, the bed was a little too plush for my liking. Would definitely recommend this place as the stay was very pleasant.

The service at the front desk, top tier. No critiques. The location is very convenient for the current route I'm on for work. The rooms could be better but they are currently under renovation. I presume that if I visit in the future that will be up to date and contemporaneous

Jessica (Manager) has a friendly and hardworking crew. They were so responsive and helpful. Booking with Hilton.com has been a mess multiple times for us. This was one of those times where we booked a room and then were told by the property, the room was not available. Jessica and her team actually finished a room being renovated, early for us, so we were able to move to the larger room with our big family, the last two days of our stay. This was very impressive and thoughtful. In the future, I’ll get info from Hilton.com and book directly with the property.

Came in town for my dad’s birthday. Sheila was the employee working at the time and was absolutely amazing. We had an issue with our room so she went above and beyond for us to find a room that best suited our family. She was still there when we came down for breakfast the next morning and greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything else she can do for us to make our stay great. She is amazing. Breakfast staff was also sweet and made sure we had all we wanted for breakfast. Great stay and will come back.

Good hotel and pet friendly! I appreciate the dog bag station outside even though it was empty lol Also the only thing keeping my toilet paper holder attached was the wallpaper and the elevators were oddly hot inside not sure what that's about. Overall positive stay here though!
